Summary/Abstract: The problem of a guaranteeing every country safety is bound up with the exiting in this place and this time geopolitical conditions. From among them very important is a state territory and its condicions :geographical, population, economic and military. A very important factor is a vastness of territory and its extent of density. It is essentialthe lie of the land. Both of the factors decide about accessibility this country for the aggressor. A very important is situation in the face of neighbours andthe central communications routes. The climate matter too. The next factor that influence for states safety is population enormity. Another factor is situation in the face allies and potential enemies. In the past geopolitical situation of Poland was variable. In some periods was favourable, in another unfavourable. Today, the geopolitics of Poland is very favourablefor our safety. Thanks to EU’s member-ship is Poland the part of large territorially, population, economically and in the future militarily organization. The majority of our boundaries are boundaries in the EU. From Russia (apart of Ka-liningrad district) separate our country Ukraine, Belarus and Baltic countries. Russia is debilitated and goes through demographical crisis. Islamic fanaticism threaten Russia in the Caucasus and the Central Asia. In Far East the strong China constitute a hazard to Russian safety. Today, there is no the former world conflict West-East but is the new world conflict North-South. Poland don’t lie on the march of troops mainroute. The greatest world conflicts take places in the another world areas. The main demographical-religious-cultural-political conflict front line goes far from us through the Mediterranean Sea, theBalkans, the Caucasus, the Central Asia, the Chinese-Russian boundary and the Pacific Ocean. If one to accept the above reasoning, it is clearly, that beneficial is the geopolitics of Poland for our safety.
