Summary/Abstract: The settlement of the criminal proceedings involves using the most advanced technical and scientific methods and means, and the judicial bodies have a professional obligation to correctly use the scientific methods of investigation of the criminal acts, to assess and make use, in full awareness, of the forensic examinations’ results, but also each participant in the pursuance of justice must be informed of the technical and scientific methods and means of clarification of the circumstances in which an offence has been committed, and of identification of the offenders.
