Social Market Economy as a Criterion of the Organization of the Economy

Summary/Abstract: The social market economy determines state responsibility for the economic situation of the community and the social consequences of organizing economic relations by thestate. However, the concept of the social market economy also conceals a certain proportion of individualism and communitarianism. In such context, art. 20 of the Constitution can be classified as one of the provisions which express the balance of these values.
