In The career therapist can accumulate theoretical knowledge about personality and psychotherapy, can learn some methods of diagnosis and intervention, and also, something about the dynamic of human behavior. For establishing and maintaining a genuine therapeutic relationship, the essential knowledge and skills are not suficient. In every meeting we bring with us our human qualities and defects, and experiences that have inluenced our lives. This human dimension, with which we participate, is one of the strongest determinants of therapeutic reunion, of relations that we have with our customers.
