Romanian Village in Academic Imaginary

Summary/Abstract: This paper aims at analyzing Blaga’s influence on the concept of “Romanian village”. The study proves that, due to the philosopher’s theory concerning this concept, general perspective on the subject has been altered in such a manner that any reference to Romanian village” no longer portrays the phenomenological reality but the poeticized versionthe concept that Blaga proposed.Keywords : village, philosophy
