Summary/Abstract: This paper presents an original model for results of lecturing teams at Todor Kableshkov University of Transport, Sofia. The model is based on various managerial, social and behavioral theories. The model combines classical and up-to-date theoretical achievements with regulations, traditions and common practices of Todor Kableshkov University of Transport. The specificity of the model finds expression primarily in indicators by which results of the lecturing teams at that university should be measured as a basis for performance evaluation of the teams. This paper is developed in two parts. A general presentation of a team model is done in the first part. Features of the model for results of the lecturing teams at Todor Kableshkov University of Transport are presented in the second part. Determinants of the model are clarified in that part. Results indicators of the lecturing teams at Todor Kableshkov University of Transport are presented and clarified as well.
