Summary/Abstract: On the basis of archival documents analyzed policy that was used by the Soviet authorities on Ukrainian settlers from western Ukraine in 1944-1946 years. Unfortunately, they are held hostage to Soviet-Polish intergovernmental agreement and voluntarily-forcibly relocated to the south-eastern regions of the Soviet Ukraine. In this article we consider the fate of Ukrainian settlers in the Odessa region in this period.
