A few words about the concept and types of medical error

Summary/Abstract: In the article entitled A few words about the concept and types of medical error the author focused his attention on terminological issues. In the course of his reflections he discussed the most important concepts of the legitimacy of the physician’s activities, he presented the ways of understanding the medical error by the representatives of different branches of science. In addition, he discussed the classification of medical errors. The deliberations were supplemented by an indication of selected judgments of the Supreme Court.
