Summary/Abstract: Public youth programs and projects are youth policy instruments, and effective resolution of youth problems is associated with the efficiency of effective program and project management. The object of the article is public program and project management implementing youth policy in Lithuania. The aim of this article is to analyse public program and project formation, implementation, evaluation and prognostication systems, operating principles and problems by the efficiency implementing youth policy in Lithuania.
