Summary/Abstract: Tourism is the largest serves industry of the World, in addition its significance is increasing day by day. Contribution of tourism is not limited with obtained income in economic field. Because of the fact that tourism supplies human’s pysical and psychological need, It is an irreplaceable industry. It is stated, there are 650 million people with disabilities on the World. Disabled tourism which is part of medical tourism, has a significant market share in tourism industry. People with disabilities which are a significant part of society have many problem in tourism services. The way of increasing participation in tourism for people with disabilities is detection and comrehension of their demands, solving their problems. Objects, used in hopitality, equipments and usage areas should be suitable for people with disabilites, positioned to not limit their movement. Also activity areas should be designed as simply reachable and and with visual and audial sign. for disabled people.
