Summary/Abstract: Due to the COVID 19 pandemic which started in Wuhan, China in 2020 and spread around the world, travel between regions and countries has come to a standstill because of transport bans, curfews and other health-related bans imposed between regions and countries. At the same time, people have cancelled their travel and hotel reservations for reasons such as prohibitions and fear of contracting the disease. Hotel enterprises have to take some measures to exist in the changing environment. In the study, during the Covid-19 process, Covid-19 practices in hotels located in Turkey were aimed to be revealed by examining hotel web pages. Creating a perception of safe hotels in people is highly important for hotels to survive. The study is therefore important. As a result, it has been reached that hotel enterprises have started to use technology more for the measures they have taken. It has been concluded that the more it is delivered to potential tourists, the more their perception will change.
