Summary/Abstract: This work brings to the literaly attention a name of whose writing tallent, of whose narrative strenght impregnated in the smallest forms of everyday reality enjoyed literature 80s, a literature whose echo is still strongly perceived today: Adriana Bittel. The main purpose consist in highlighting the creation, the prose rich in narratie processes and techniques, all cleverly and descreetly embedded in the text: the technique of the detail pronounced by the acuteness of seeing, the (especially in the noel Fototeca), the inter-textuality, the self-reference or the overlapping of the plans and of the narrative voices. All these contribute to the shaping of a vital destiny of Bittel`s short prose, because the reference work is predominant short stories, the only exception being the novel Fototeca, the only approach of this species by the author. Another important aspect of the work concerns the genesis of the work, the way that the author`s life and the system in which she lives influence it, but also its publicist reception. We observe how the long and rich journalistic career reflects over the prose`s universe, being in a close interdependence with it.
