About the need to publish the Prime Minister's decisions in the Official Gazette of Romania

Summary/Abstract: Current legislation provides that decisions adopted by the Prime Minister shall be published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part. I. Non-publishing entails non-existence. Certain exclusions should be introduced in law, if the act of publication generates a potential harm to the rights and legal interests of the persons, rights and interests preeminent on the obligation of transparency. Decisions of this type shall be conveyed only to the persons concerned.
