Aspects of the Traditional Costume of the Region of Kukës, Gora

Summary/Abstract: The study aims to identify, variations and morphology of traditional costume of Gora in the region of Kukës, after the second half of XIX-th century. Gora’s traditional clothing is distinguished by rich coloration and wide diversity in the form of embroidery and the use of exhibits and artistic motifs. There will be treated also the impact of contemporary time in the traditional clothing of Gora, respectively for small opportunities to save this costume in shape as the original.
