Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the historical evolution of agricultural social finance in the Bulgarian lands from the Ottoman Empire to the First World War. It is focused on the genesis, transformation and forms of long-term development of agricultural cooperative credit, its driving forces and mechanisms.
