Summary/Abstract: The authors publish a set of objects from the Bronze Age and the first Iron Age, which are part of a private collection. The pieces come from Siret basin, namely from the western part of Iași county. There are some stone and bronze axes, metallic sickles, whole and fragmented, and two containers of clay and stone. The most interesting pieces are a Darabani-type axe, an extremely rare socketed axes, and a stone mortar, unique in Moldova. Some of the metal pieces could be part of already known deposits, a fact which gives depth to their real structure. Also, for some bronze artifacts we can admit that they represent single votive deposits. From a chronological point of view, most pieces are assigned to the Late Bronze Age (Noua Culture), but there are objects that can be assigned to the Middle Bronze Age (the Darabani-type axe and even some stone axes). Certainly, one of the socketed axe, unique for now in Romania's eastern area, belongs to the Early Iron Age, and the closest analogy is in Hungary.
