ACQUISITION AND LOSS OF CITIZENSHIP IN SERBIA IN RESPECT OF FOREIGNERS

Summary/Abstract: Citizenship is a public-law relationship between a subject and the state. In the framework of the national planning and international standards there is no unified system of international law regarding the conditions on the manner and loss of nationality. The stranger when the subject is in a legal relationship that initiates a series of questions, on which the authority of international jurisdiction, which formally korespodnira with the availability of a private right that the alien is, in the direction of the applicable law in a private law relationship with a foreign foreign element.
