Summary/Abstract: Recognized and enforced foreign judgment means in the formal sense, to accept it as a final decision and as an executive title which indicates the fact equal with domestic decisions. The importance of recognition and enforcement of foreign court decisions, as well as the consequences that may arise from that is famous mainly a narrow circle of people through the legal doctrine and case law dealing with this issue. Through this operation explanation was given by the notion of judicial decisions, and the conditions to be met to such a decision could be recognized and enforced before any competent court in Serbia. Apart from the possibility that a foreign court's decision to be recognized, there is a possibility that it is a domestic tribunal denies recognition when they meet the statutory requirements.
