OBRAZOVANJE PRAVNIKA ZA POTREBE KRIVIČNOG PRAVOSUĐA
EDUCATION OF LAWYERS FOR THE PURPOSES OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE

Summary/Abstract: The author deals with one segment of contemporary education of future lawyers, which is education pravninika for the purposes of criminal justice. In realization of this goal, the author first presents some observations related to certain phenomena in the process of studying at the faculties of law, and gives certain suggestions which are primarily related subjects, although he is convinced that certain proposals already into existence in teaching plans and programs of some, but not all law schools in the country. The author believes that those who have failed to have the opportunity to do it now, which would not only complement their curricula, but would certainly improve and modernize the way of studying at their universities.
