Summary/Abstract: Institut responsibility is a very important institute of criminal law understood in a broad sense, so, consequently, misdemeanor law as a separate branch of the criminal law. Otherwise, criminal liability can exist only if there are certain rules of conduct, on the one hand, and non-compliance of these rules of behavior of individuals or collectives, on the other hand.This kind of accountability necessarily presupposes the existence of an entity that is responsible for the non-compliance behavior (ie. For violations of legal regulations which rule of conduct specified) and the subject (ie.
