Summary/Abstract: The reconstruction of criminal event as investigative acts, was not regulated until special provision of Article 239, from the law on Criminal Proceedings of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia from 1977 (adopted on December 24th, 1976. , entered into force on February 1977.) had been brought. Although regulated by the criminal procedural law of the Republic of Serbia, in the theory of criminal science, it mainly speaks of it in terms of it’ s criminal content, while the criminal procedural aspect of the reconstruction of criminal events is left aside as a secondary issue. Therefore, the aim of this work is to inform the reader with the criminal procedural aspect of the reconstruction of criminal events, as evidentiary action conducted in order to verify the evidence presented, to establish facts that are important to clarify the object of proof and, if necessary, the construction of new evidence. In addition to the criminal procedural aspect, this work also takes account of the crime content, since the form and content of these actions constitute an unbreakable unity. The structure of work is mostly determined by the process phases, starting from proposing the evidence and deciding on the presentation of evidence, and in the end the final results of the assessment of evidence. In addition, there has been a few words about the term of reconstruction, nature of law, types of reconstruction, time and place of execution, a command for determining the reconstruction of criminal events and records, and finally points out the possibility of applying of three dimensional reconstruction of criminal events in modern criminal proceedings.
