Summary/Abstract: In these days, financial source drawing through projects has become a fairly frequent practice. If at the beginning this method has been a characteristic of non-governmental organizations, lately financial source through projects has extended both at public administration level and also to the gain profit organizations level. This paper work treats this practice both from non-governmental organizations’ point of view and also public administrations’ point of view.
