Summary/Abstract: The company’s exertion of his own activities, presuppose the use of financial capital, first of all owners and then creditors regardless if they are financial organisms, contractors, public leadership or public collectivities. If we assume that the company scores capital loss, first that are affected are the owners but not only them. The negative consequences of the company’s capital loss will affect all the business partners and also the employees, losing their place of work or eventually they will not benefit any salary increase or any compensations and also financial creditors and contractors will not be remunerated. In this way, the company financial policy must be concerned, beyond present and future efficiency of company itself, with the risks that confronts it. Financial management represents totality of decisions, their modality of accomplishment and the institutional frame, where all these are taken concerning financial capital, its utilization in order to get clear profit and allocate it toward diverse destinations.
