Summary/Abstract: Dealing with a competitive, regional, national and international business environment, it is compulsorily needed to know the risks that can occur in the economic and financial activity of a firm. The insufficient knowledge of risk, its wrong evaluation and the lack of prevention strategy directly affect the final result of the activity. The focus centers on the analysis of the risks, of the influence factors and on the risk management.
