Summary/Abstract: This article presents the policy of gathering contemporary magazines on theology and religious studies in the University Library of the Catholic University of Lublin. It systematises the sources from which the periodicals are acquired, points out the most important titles, research centres and both Polish and foreign publishing houses. It also emphasises the value of gathering magazines as the most recent and desirable source of scientific information.
