Summary/Abstract: In cement factories belonging to Grupa Ożarów system solutions in OSH management have been implemented for many years. However, due to the fact of various shortcomings related to disregard for the safety and health at work still present a decision was made to implement a comprehensive solution aimed in increasing employee awareness and sensitizing them on dangerous behavior – both their own and their colleagues. Following that, the company has implemented a Behavioral-Based Safety (BBS) programme called PATRZ (“WATCH”). The project was realized and coordinated by OSH Department of Grupa Ożarów in collaboration with experts from CIOP-PIB. The article presents the process of preparation and implementation of the programme in the company, and the results of its assessment in the opinion of behavior’s observers.
