The Integration as a Construction of New Europe

Summary/Abstract: Neither EU nor NATO can be an enclose system. Their values are being mediated outwards through the form their policies are given. The receptions of these policies, even though they are rigid, cannot be reduced to their registration, or execution, but the infl uence of these entities – systems on the closer or remote surrounding in international environment has to be taken into consideration. The enlargement as predicted in the 90s is not an issue anymore. Recently, the recording of the main aim is taking place. From this point of view the dialog with those states that are not members of these integrational entities is necessary, herewith the resonance of this dialogue on both sides has to be expected.
