Summary/Abstract: Terrorist facts generate messages and the threat and violence, as a communication process between the terrorist (organization), immediate victims and main targets, are used in order to terrify and manipulate the population, which is transformed in a target of terror, a target of demands or a target of attention, depending on the target pursued: intimidation, coercion or propaganda.
