A Short Analysis of Causes for Disciplinary Irresponsibility of the Employees

Summary/Abstract: The only ground of disciplinary responsibility is represented by disciplinary deviation. The article 247 paragraph 2 of the Romanian Labour Code shows that “disciplinary deviation is an action related to work and which consists of an action or inaction done with guilt by the employee, through which they broke the legal norms, internal regulation, individual employment contract or collective employment contract, legal orders and dispositions of the superior chiefs”. Similar to the case of offenses, there are causes which lead to the removal of disciplinary responsibility for the employee, causes provided by criminal law.
