Summary/Abstract: This article discusses theoretical and pragmatic problems aroused due to the transformationof dialects into regiolects and offers the description of modern regiolects.Additionally, lingvoregionalisms as the units of regiolectal descriptions are presented.The necessity of the creation of regional language dictionary is put forward and discussedas well.
