Summary/Abstract: The history of civilization is filled with many examples of a constant desire to settle and re-arrangement of social life. In fact, it is a process of institutionalization of social reality. Institutionalization is a way of formation, existence and functioning of the content of the phenomena of social reality. Institutionalization occurs as organizational and legal. Variety of organizational institutionalization of civil society is a reality and the normative - legal reality. In this sense, the specific institutionalization is total quality and determining the state of the legal reality and reality. The ever-growing institutionalization of the state of the legal reality and reality corresponds continuously evolving use of the institutional approach to their study. Therefore, any historically established methodological study of jurisprudence is an expression of respect to the state institutionality reality and legal reality. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the manifestation of institutionalism as an approach to the legal reality in Greek legalphilosophical thought.
