Summary/Abstract: Legal positivism is one of the main strands of legal science that occupies a central place in the legal-philosophical debate. It is the doctrine of the law that has assembled as quickly as possible for the shortest period of time (the last two centuries) over the years. The reasons for this are rooted in the strength of his argumentation and in his close connection with legal practice and theory.1 The basic features of legal positivism can be reduced to two: first, right is seen as a fact of social reality and the task of legal science is reduced to His description as it is, not what it is to be, or even more, what we want to be; Secondly, the validity of legal prescriptions is not linked to their substantive compliance with morality.
