Service funds of the financial engineering for micro and small enterprises

Summary/Abstract: Funds which provide services of financial engineering are designed to eliminate the financial gap phenomenon encountered by micro and small entrepreneurs. They are largely based on public capital, particularly belonging to local government and originating from the European Union. It seems more appropriate to set up a single entity, specialized in a variety of financial services, but targeted and available only for micro and small entrepreneurs. Such a regional financial institution would offer, as a rule, feedback and revolving instruments, while ensuring the efficient use of allocated funds. The adoption of an act regulating the purpose, scope and basic principles of the funds, their function in the structures of the market and public authorities, would provide their funds with an unquestionable support.
