MULTINATIONAL OPERATIONS UNDER THE UN LEADERSHIP

Summary/Abstract: International practice has highlighted the fact that multinational peace-support operations are and will continue to be an effective way, voluntarily accepted in the future by the international community to manage the crises of the world we live in, being, at the same time, a form of military activity, a basic function and an important mission of the armed forces of each state.In multinational operations, leadership ‒ both during preparation and especially during their development ‒ gets special connotations and specific features, due to their characteristics. The aim of this article is to present these specific features.
