Summary/Abstract: The article addresses the issues related to implementation of the European Union’s actions for sustainable development policy and implementation of the 17 UN Development Goals by the Eastern Partnership countries. The paper presents the principle, aims and evolution of sustainable socio-economic development in the global perspective as well as the characteristics of the EU’s past actions towards Eastern Partnership countries. Implementation of sustainable development goals by these countries is also analysed.
