The System of Anti-Terrorist Financing of the Russian Federation

Summary/Abstract: The main goal of this paper is to present the legal and organizational solutions in the field of terrorist financing in the Russian Federation. The article presents the most important legal regulations resulting from the provisions of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law of 7 August 2001 “On counteracting legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and on the financing of terrorism”.
