Summary/Abstract: Terror is the implication of violence, or threatening to implement it, against civilians in the name of achieving political aims. First and foremost, granted the civilians are considered the “underbelly” of society and means of heightened pressure on the government so they change their policy and actions according to the terror organization’s will.
