Summary/Abstract: Cyberspace affects our daily life in all aspects and creates new challenges, opportunities and domains, including in policy and governance, one of those being'cyber diplomacy.' The study aims to explore cyber diplomacy in Israel – in terms of policy and practice, by analyzing government policy papers and examining evidence of cyber diplomacy activities on the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) website, including that of 'cyber ambassador' in Israel, compared to other countries. The conclusions are that cyber diplomacy is not yet fully implemented and practiced in Israel, which is still waiting for its first cyber ambassador.
