Summary/Abstract: The article represents a brief analysis on the recend Government Emergency Ordinance no. 6/2016 on some measures to enforce the technical surveillance mandates disposed in criminal proceedings, adopted in order to remove the effects of a decision of the Constitutional Court. It is for the first time in the history of the post-communist romanian legal system when it is experienced such a reaction speed in conciliating the provision of ”a law in force… declared unconstitutional” with the decision of the constitutional court.
