Summary/Abstract: The Constitutional Court allowed the objection of unconstitutionality and founded that the Law on the approval of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 55/2014 on regulation of measures on local public administration are unconstitutional. The analyzed decision is controversial: much ado about nothing! Why? For the simple fact that the parliamentary majority has the means to lead it to ridiculous either by ignoring it or by adopting a rejection law through whereby the legal measures already produced by Government Emergency Ordinance no. 55/2014 to be strengthened, not abolished as parliamentary opposition would like and how the Court otherwise suggests noticing its unconstitionality.
