CONCEPTUAL VIEWS ON THE MOTIVATION OF THE STAFF

Summary/Abstract: This paper analyzes the conceptual views and basic definitions that reveal in the fullest extent the nature of the reasoning and the motivation during the different periods of time. It presents the basic motivational models and theories of motivation, indicating the necessary methods to stimulate and motivate workers and staff in the labour process. For a more in-depth analysis of staff motivation, practical aspects are also applied, including factors tools and approaches designed to influence the employment behavior of workers and staff to achieve the desired end result, namely their motivation and stimulation.
