Summary/Abstract: In his article of the research nature, the author carried out an analysis of the possibilities to use mobile websites and applications by clothing brands in their communication with customers. Having discussed the advantages and disadvantages of both tools, he presented results of research carried out among Polish female owners of smartphones concerning both frequency of the use of mobile websites and applications and carrying out purchases of clothing using smartphones.
