Summary/Abstract: The secret speech gave by N.S. Hrusciov at the XX Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union created to the communist world the illusion of the return to democracy and freedom, this being the reason for witch the Soviet Union had to intervene, violently, in some cases, to assure the order of the system that it initiated and it mastered. I f the Romanian propaganda could present the message of the Soviet leader to the public opinion in the country as it wished, the emigration Romanians did not allow being deceived by the smoke courtines launched from the heart of the Communist Empire. Helped, probably, by the guiding marks of a political system much closer to the reality, they well make a lucid analysis to the communist system in the context of the year 1956, indicating as mainly guilty not the puppets, but the master.
