Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to identify the importance of trust in inter-organizational relationships on the example of sales relationships. For the purpose of the article semi-structured interviews with 12 employees of medium-sized trading company were conducted, and their presentation is the subject of this study. The results indicate that the management of a highly innovative company sees relationships based on trust in the category of valuable capital and the company's operations based on both formal and informal interpersonal relations contribute to improving business and build competitive advantage.
