Summary/Abstract: History shows that the armed forces in peacetime, crisis or war, the total losses of the vital force structure prevalent health losses. Losses unsanitary, recoverable or not-recoverable, appear only in certain circumstances and usually in smaller numbers. Losses recoverable health prevail in all human losses. Most are caused by mental physical illness, shipwrecks, unusual environmental conditions and/or patients resulted as a consequence of the use of WMD/CBRN attack as military, terrorist or criminal: infectious patients contagious, STL or smoke poisoned, burned, radiation etc.
