Summary/Abstract: Firm positive image can help organisation survive in a time of fierce competition. In case of higher school, majority of organisation is formed by its internal client, undergraduates. The article presents the results of a research examining the influence of an internal client on creating the image of one of a non-public higher schools based in Lower Silesia. The school mainly operates in its direct local environment, although certain amount of students commutes from equal size or smaller locations situated from 20 to 50 km away, even from a voivode rank Wrocław.
