Summary/Abstract: The article presents issues connected with widely defined term of employment. Particular attention will be paid to classification of forms of employment and observable tendencies on the contemporary labour market in Poland in particular with regard to choice of individual form of employment. The author of the article also refers to socio-economical consequences of applied forms of employment.
