Summary/Abstract: Access to electricity and heat should be treated as a kind of predatory civilization, which allows us to benefit from a wide range of services and material goods. The energy market should provide free access, equal treatment of shareholders, freedom to set energy sales prices. The energy market is in many ways similar to the raw materials market, as there are no sales and distribution agreements and energy is a commodity. The author discusses the issues of energy services and consumer rights. The article points to the development of many energy products as double or triple fuel based on gas sales combined with electricity or heat. Upon meeting the requirements set out in the article, energy sector entrepreneurs are entitled to offer their customers a new multiofert. They can do it themselves or with professional business partners. Their main duty, however, is to make consumers aware of their rights and obligations clearly and legibly.
