Summary/Abstract: This article wishes to present territorial revolution of the Caraş Committee until the end of the XIV century to the west and to the south or east of the Danube according to known documents. The study area is between Bárzava creek (in the north), the Deliblate sands (in the south), the Almăj Mountains and the western Semenic pantographs (to the east). A first phase in the evolution of the County is represented by the conquest of the old settlements, mentioned as existing since the tenth century, by the Hungarian population. These are Haram (Krasso) and Vrscia (Erdsomlyo Vrsac). Labas, from the beginning there were earthen fortifications which benefited from a domain in their surroundings. Since 1200, in the space studied, has been attested the presence of a count to Harum, and since 1255 another to Erdsomlyo
