Summary/Abstract: In this study, an almost unknown problem - the geographical, economic, social and demographic configuration of the vakif (Islamic pious foundation) created by Sultan Osman IL in 1621 was cleared up for the maintenance of the mosque and the mosque City of Isaccea.The book is based on unpublished documents found in the archives of Istanbul and Krakow; The most important piece is the official tax register, dated July 25, 1645, of the localities that make up this vakif.
